Patricia A. Fiori is of counsel to the law firm of Ryan, Phillips, Utrecht & MacKinnon. She practices in the areas of federal and state election law, campaign finance, ethics and lobbying laws. Ms. Fiori began her legal career as a Legislative Attorney at Congressional Research Service. She then joined the staff of the Federal Election Commission where she served as Assistant General Counsel for Regulations and Legislation. While in this position, Ms. Fiori specialized in drafting regulations and advising on campaign finance legislation. She later served as Executive Assistant to Commissioner John W. McGarry. After leaving the Commission, Ms. Fiori entered private law practice.

In private practice, Ms. Fiori has served as Special Counsel to the Mondale Ferraro campaign and has also represented Clinton/Gore ’96 and ’92, Gore/Lieberman 2000, and Edwards for President. Her practice includes representation of individuals, candidates, campaign committees, corporations and trade associations before the Federal Election Commission and Congressional Committees.

Ms. Fiori holds an undergraduate degree from Goucher College and a Juris Doctor from George Washington Law School. Ms. Fiori is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
